The Triumph Accounting Point of Sale module provides you with an interactive process for up to the minute inventory management. With this very easy to use module, you have a complete management system for cash sales, credit sales, lay-by accounts, gift voucher redemptions, quotations and orders.
For cash sale management, you are able to process payments by cash cheques, credit cards, eftpos and vouchers. A special feature to look up details of cheque account users and credit card authorisations helps guard against fraud.
Integration with inventory provides you with stock status details, while access to debtors accounts assists sales staff to check current credit levels of account users. Inventory and Debtors accounts can be automatically updated with daily sales data at the close of business each day.
A bar code reader input can provide you with accurate operations, while a cash reconciliation and banking report with an automatic break-down of cash, cheques and credit card entries is a major time saving feature.
